I've entered my credit card details, when will my card be charged?

You will usually be charged within 24 hours of making payment for a booking on BlackBook. 

Sometimes it might take some time to process your payment with our hotel or travel partners. As such, you may only receive a booking in progress notification. You should expect to receive a confirmation of your booking within 24 hours of making a booking. 

If you do not receive such a confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

Can I use PayPal to pay for a reservation?

Unfortunately, we currently do not support PayPal as a payment gateway. It may be something we may implement at a later date. 

Rest assured we are continually looking for better ways to allow our customers to pay with different methods, so do check back on our website for updates.

Can I book now and pay later when I check-in?

Unfortunately we don’t have this arrangement available at the present moment. It is an arrangement that we may implement in a future update to our service. Check back with us regularly to find out about the various enhancements to our service, or sign up for our membership and mailing list to get the latest from BlackBook.

How will my refunds be processed?

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that was used for payment. It may take anywhere from one (1) to eight (8) weeks for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement from when a refund is approved. If you have not received your refunds within this period, please contact our team for assistance.
