Singapore is well known for being a garden city, a cityscape filled with lush greenery so a couple of gardens made it to our list. And you will also find recommendations for a luxurious stay, explore a hotel steeped in history, the best place to listen to a jazz band and a juggernaut of a mall where you can shop till 2am everyday of the week. In this sunny island-state, we invite you to celebrate diversity with a uniquely Singapore experience – where old meets new.

#1 Marina Bay Sands (MBS)

One of the nation’s icons, Marina Bay Sands (MBS) needs no introduction. Identifiable on sight even by preschoolers, this 55-storey tall hotel made up of three imposing towers, offers one of the most luxurious hotel experiences within Singapore. Spending a couple of hours by the world’s largest rooftop Infinity Pool which offers a bird’s eye view of the Bay area is a no brainer.  You can catch the same spectacular view via SkyPark Observation Deck – both are perfect for your social media feed.

For the most exclusive shopping experience, the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall does not disappoint. With its wide array of internationally renowned designer brands and celebrity chef restaurants, it offers limited edition merchandise for the most discerning shoppers. You can also find the world’s first ‘floating’ Apple store here, where abundant natural light illuminates a 360-degree view of the Bay. Pay a visit not just to browse the latest gadgets, but for a whole new shopping experience.
