Linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils are provided. This condo also includes a full size washer and dryer and ironing equipment. The 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse has luxurious furnishings that will welcome you in and includes an internet library, meeting rooms, fitness center, movie theater with a selection of 150 movies that can be pre-booked, arcade/games room that includes pool tables and a concierge desk that is manned daily.***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
