The Apple Pie is a large 5 bedroom home overlooking a small lake and woodland, which can accommodate up to 10 people. Located 12 minutes drive from Disney World. The master bedroom has a queen size four poster bed and the second double bedroom has a king size bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai. There is a formal and informal dining area, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, separate utility room with a washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD. This home also has the benefit of a games room containing pool table.There are 3 bathrooms; Bathroom 1 has toilet, hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 3 is a wet room with toilet and one basin, suitable for disabled persons. Telephone calls to anywhere in the United States or Canada are free of charge. Free wireless broadband is available. Close by you will find restaurants including the popular fast foods and supermarkets. A new shopping mall has been opened just 3 miles away near the junction with interstate 4. Next door to the estate there is a golf course, but within a few minutes drive there is the world famous Champion Gate Golf course. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Key collection for the Apple Pie is direct at the villa. The door operates via an electronic lock. To open the door press the Key Code numbers on the door pad, a green light will come on. You need to turn both handles to enter. There is a simple on and off switch. Please turn to off when out for the day to save energy and keep down rental costs. Please do not alter the other settings as you can freeze the system. We really appreciate your co-operation.The villa has a no smoking policy, so please can you ensure that you follow at all times.Plus please keep glass away from the swimming pool. If you do break a glass and it goes into the pool we will need to drain the pool to avoid any accidents.
