It's conveniently located minutes away from shopping and restaurants – including a 24-hour Wal-Mart – and enjoys a close proximity to some of Florida's top-rated golf courses. Facilities & amenitiesThe resort’s clubhouse provides guests with a small fitness centre, comfy lounge area, resort-style communal pool and beautiful five-acre man-made lake. Homes here each feature a private screened pool, dining area and living area with TV and DVD player. Each Home is also equipped with clean towels and bed linen. All of our Crystal Cove Homes have a fully-fitted and modern kitchen. Facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker,toaster, crockery,cutlery and cooking utensils. Local shops and supermarkets are easily accessible for self-catering convenience. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Room infoHomes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people -they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed, with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking - we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.
