This fully furnished four bedroom townhouse is situated within the city centre of Southampton and is ideally located whether your stay is for business or leisure. Southampton Airport is situated in Eastleigh just north of Southampton itself and it is connected to the city by a frequent rail service. It is only 7 miles away and would take you approximately 20 minutes to drive to. Woolston train station is also close to this property approximately a 10 minute drive away. The M27 is also only 20 minutes from this property linking you to other large cities in the area and the M3. Located just a 20 minute drive from Junction 3 of the M27. West Quay shopping centre is a ten minute drive away or a 25 minute walk. Oxford Street is also very close by famous for some of Southampton s finest restaurants and wine bars and will only take you 10 minutes to walk to. The Mayflower Park is only a ten minute drive away and is popular with visitors and locals alike being on the waterside and hosting civic events with level grass areas playground facilities and a cafe. Visitors may also like to go and spend some time at Southampton Common the largest green space in the city which has a Wildlife centre a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds. /p As you enter the house there is a hallway and if you follow this down to the rear of the house you will come to a cloakroom and a single bedroom. On the next level there is the fully equipped kitchen so you are no longer governed to hotel timetables and can cook at your own convenience. A washing machine is supplied to cater for all your laundry needs. The lounge has been recently redecorated and has two sofas a large LCD television free view and DVD player. On the second level there are three bedrooms which have double beds wardrobes chest of drawers and bed side lights. The Master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower wash basin and mirror and shaving power points. Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival plus complimentary toiletries - if your stay is longer than seven days our housekeeping team will clean the house and supply fresh towels and bed linen. The main bathroom is also on the second level and has a bath with a shower overhead wash basin and shaver power points. /p Free Broadband is included in the nightly rate unlike hotels so you are not forced to buy internet packages. There is one allocated parking space for this property for a small vehicle which is available at £5 per night.
