There is a large flat screen TV, and fast internet.This clean apartment is perfect for travelers or a small family of 4.We can also help you rent a car or scooter.The Space:Come relax in the space. You'll have a peaceful stay if you're away on a business trip or just exploring and traveling!Who We HostWe host world travelers, families, business travelers, or anyone who's looking for a comfortable place to call home.This building is pretty new (only four years old), and everything that you see will be very modern and stylish. The walls are well insulated to noise. I've never heard my neighbor and it is a very quiet community.Guest Access:• All utilities and Internet Wifi included. • Clean linens/bedding are provided, fresh towels and shampoo.• Kitchen with microwave, stove, rice cooker, all utensils, pots & pans, spices, and appliances are available for use.• Washer and drying rack with detergent included• Iron and Ironing board• Gym, and ping-pong table are all located on the roof.Interaction with Guests:My wife and I are both reachable at any time of the day to help with anything you could need. We love helping out guests in any way possible. We'll exchange contact info upon arrival.The Neighborhood:This apartment is located in the middle of a busy business street. We are a short walk from the highway where you can hail a cab, tuk-tuk or taxi. We are about a 15 min walk from the Maya shopping mall.Other Things to Note:We are more than happy to help with scooter rentals or any other vacation planning. Please ask about other trips and tours. We have been to many of the best places and gathered feedback from our guests. We know the most humane elephant companies. Whatever you want to do we can help you book a trip to anywhere and we can often get you a discount that you can't find anywhere else.
