The Chef offers guests traditional English cuisine with an emphasis on hot meat dishes and desserts, and also a wide range of European and Russian cuisine dishes. Special attention of the guests deserves the Tea Room of the hotel. It is a good example of English tea-party traditions. The Tea Room is located on the first floor next to the restaurant and has a separate entrance from Stremyannaya Street.
