A 80 PLN surcharge applies for arrivals after 9:00 pm. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please let Platinum Residence Qbik know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. ? Check-out at the reception is possible between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Before that time the key card should be left in the designated mailbox (with the apartment number). ? The property charges a 100 PLN deposit for incidentals in the form of a pre-authorization on the guest?s credit card. Cards belonging to third parties and virtual cards will not be accepted. Cash deposits are not accepted. Use of apartments for aims that go beyond residency, for example for parties, celebrations or social events attended by more people than the apartment is rented for, is not allowed. Violating this stipulation will result in a fine of 615 PLN and the possibility of immediate eviction of the guest. Guests are obligated to open their doors upon the request of building Security. Failure to comply will result in electrical power to the apartment being cut (the procedure the guest hereby agrees to by agreeing to these terms and conditions).
