You can collect your keys at the office situated at the ground floor of the apartment complex at Koningin Wihleminaplein 52, on Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 17:30. You can reach the entrance of the office after entering the communal garden inside the building complex. If you expect to to arrive outside these hours, please contact the property (via +31 (0)61 58 700 22) 1 week in advance in order to arrange an appointment for collecting the keys. Guests are required to pay an extra fee in the event of losing the keys to the apartment. Please note that daily cleaning is not provided. A cleaning during the stay is only provided for bookings of 10 days or more. Final cleaning is always included.
