The Residence S'Incantu sits on the southern eastern tip of Sardinia, in a secluded location that is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing break. The beach sits just a few hundred meters away, and is bordered by a lovely forest, so it's a beautiful walk through pine and juniper trees to arrive at The Rice Beach and the sea. The complex is a pretty array of quaint, traditional looking terrace houses, which are each split into apartments. On the ground floor guests can enjoy private garden verandas, and on the first floor you will have your own balcony. The apartments are centered around a beautifully designed outdoor swimming pool, which itself is surrounded by a stylish sunbathing terrace, with pink sun loungers and large, white parasols. Little ones can enjoy the water too, with a children's section attached to the pool. Adults can enjoy some relaxing days at the hotel, with a mini club providing activities for children aged between five and 12 throughout the day. As well as swimming and sunbathing at the beach, you can play tennis on the courts, or enjoy the multi-sport court, where you can play basketball, volleyball or football. Other activities hosted during the day include aqua gym, aerobics, board games, darts and table tennis. Once the sun sets on the complex the evening enjoys entertainment in the form of live music, with a piano bar providing drinks and a friendly atmosphere. You might even get the chance to join in with karaoke held throughout the week also. Location The Residence S'Incantu is found along the south eastern coast of Sardinia, just a few hundred metres from the beach. The nearest resort, Villasimius, is just over three kilometres away. Accomodation Each of the apartments offered at Residence S'Incantu are cleanly furnished and range from studios catering for up to three people, and two bedroom properties accommodating up to six people. Every apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a private balcony or veranda, private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Certain amenities may be payable locally. Please note: A local tax charge of ?1 pppn from 11 years old is payable locally upon departure. A deposit of ?200 per apartment is required, this will be refundable upon check out. A service fee of ?45 per person from three years old is required, this includes gas, water and electricity. Extra linen service is ?8 per change, per person. Final cleaning is ?50 for a single room and ?60 for a double room. Cleaning of the cooking corner, fridge and kitchen-ware has to be completed by guests or a deduction of ?40 from the deposit will be chargeable. Eating and Drinking The hotel's snack bar offers drinks and refreshments, or with a supermarket found around 500 metres away, there is plenty of chance to cook your own meals in the kitchenettes provided. Swimming Pools The apartments surround a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, which has a terrace filled with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a children's section.
