This is an impressive building, dating from 1860. It has rose-coloured columns and stone-carved windows and portillos. The lobby is large and exceptionally grand and opulent. It is huge, the size of a ballroom, and is highly decorative, with painted frescos on the ceilings and magnificent chandeliers.
