The underground station "Place d'Italie" is a big subway hub with several lines (5, 6 and 7), and it is located directly in front of the residence. Studios and apartments are in very good condition and very well equipped. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or pullout beds. In apartments choose between a sofa or 2 separate beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally. This is a modern building. This accommodation has a large lobby. The residence has been entirely renovated end of 2014. The city tax is not included and has to be paid at the hotel.
