This 4 bedroom Villa is situated on the very popular Westridge Resort, on the US 27 road and is within convenient reach of all the main attractions. You enter through double doors & into the air conditioned, fully furnished, open plan living & dining area, with a view of the pool & spa area. There is plenty of seating & tables and large patio doors leading to the pool area. There is cable TV in the family area and master bedroom. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, iron & board, cutlery & crockery, also the adjoining utility room features washer / dryer. For your enjoyment there is a games room with a pool table and air hockey. There is also a small office area with a desk, computer and free wi-fi. Master bedroom features a king size bed & has double doors overlooking the patio & pool area. The En Suite bathroom includes round bath, separate shower, 2 basins & WC. Towels are provided.
