Upstairs you have the master bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom with double vanities, bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet room, wall-mounted hair-dryer and walk-in-closet. There are also 2 further queen bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with single vanity, shower cubicle and toilet and 2 twin bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs you have a master bedroom with a queen bed as well with an en-suite bathroom with single vanity, shower cubicle and toilet. There is a games room in the garage with carpeted floor, pool table, Foosball table, air hockey table and darts board along with a bar table and 2 bar chairs for your enjoyment. Outside the home there are great views of the beautiful valley. At the back of the home you have your private swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Here you can hang out under the partly covered lanai when the sun gets too warm. On the pool deck you will find upgraded furniture consisting of a table, 4 sun loungers and 6 chairs. There is also a pool safety net for those families with young children, and a pool blanket with an electric heat-able pool. This home can easily accommodate 12 people. It also has a high chair and a fold out crib and an extra guest bed. Linens and towels are provided. You will find a washer and dryer and ironing equipment in the home too. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10.
