This hotel is located opposite the United Nations building and close to the Donau Insel, which is Vienna's large recreation area running along the banks of the Donau. This is a modern, white concrete building. The lobby is large and bright, modern in design, with a real open fireplace and a comfortable seating area overlooking the hotel's private gardens. There is also a small bar, located within the lobby, which serves meals in the evening. The atmosphere is bright and modern whilst still retaining the feel of a traditional rustic county club hotel.
