Please Note: Cancellations and Non-arrivals Once made, bookings are not refundable. Therefore (i) cancelling a booking, (ii) not arriving for a booked stay or (iii) the hotel's denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund. Reservations Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking, once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled up until 16:00 on the day of arrival. After 16:00 or failing to arrive for your stay full prepayment for the first nights stay will be charged. We require a Credit Card and photo ID matching the name the reservation has been booked under.
